Terms and Payment Details

A deposit of £100 per cottage, per week is payable on reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit/rent will only be refunded if the period can be re-let. You are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation.

The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the let, otherwise the booking will be treated as having lapsed. No reminders will be sent.

The cottages are let from 3.30pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday.

Cheques (or Sterling Bankers Draft) should be made payable to Glenaros Cottages and sent to:

It is better to confirm by telephone first. This booking will remain firm provided we receive written confirmation and payment of the deposit within five days.
